Open yard lots come in 10 × 20 ft at $75 a month, 10 × 30 ft at $95, 12 × 30 ft at $110, and 12 × 40 ft at $135. Anything longer than 40 ft is charged at $5 per additional foot per month. All rates are before GST.

An 8 × 9.5 ft container is $100 a month and an 8 × 19.5 ft container is $180 a month, before GST. Containers are lockable steel, dry and off the ground.

Both are priced on the overall length of what you're storing, measured tongue to tail. Covered storage is $8.50 per foot per month and inside storage is $10.00 per foot per month, before GST.

Rates are set on a twelve-month term, and twelve-month bookings are placed first when space comes open. Shorter and seasonal arrangements are worth asking about, but they don't get the same priority.
